
DC Anti-Discrimination Policy
Pursuant to local and law, Volare prohibits sexual harassment and discrimination on the basis of an individual’s race, color, religion, creed, sex (including the basis of pregnancy or childbirth), national origin, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, family responsibilities, genetic information, personal appearance, matriculations, political affiliations, veteran status, or status as a victim of sexual or domestic violence or stalking, or any other status protected by applicable federal and District of Columbia law.
Any clients seeking and/or receiving services or members of public engaging with Volare may file with any report of sexual harassment or experience of discrimination with the DC Office of Human Rights.
